How big is a MassiveMessage?
Very big!. A MassiveMessage measures One Square metre in size when unfolded:
* It is BIGGER than 35 standard birthday cards

* It is the same size as a 50inch Television screen
How is packaged and delivered?
When we have printed out your message, we fold the message in a unique way to fit it into our Glossy cardboard envelopes. The message is taken to one of the Royal Mail's largest distribution hubs and placed directly into the First Class postage stream
What size is the package?
Your message will be dispatched in a large (C4 size) envelope, which is roughly the same size as one sheet of A4 paper
How much is it?
Your message will costs just £8.95 and this includes:
* FREE Packaging
* FREE Priority First Class Postage
* Includes all other transactional charges through PayPal.
How much is Postage and Packaging?
There will be NO additional charges for postage and packaging.
When will it be delivered?
If we receive your order by 4.30PM on working week day we will print and dispatch your message on the SAMEDAY, Priority First Class. Over 90% of Royal Mail deliveries arrive the next day, but Massive Message Limited has no control over this. We recommend ordering your MassiveMessage at least 2 working days before any particular delivery date.
Can I have the message delivered to me at home or work?
Yes, you are free to choose the destination address before you pay for your order. Just don't forget the postcode.
How do I pay?
When you have reviewed your order and want to pay/checkout you will be taken to the PayPal payment Gateway. When you paid by either signing into your existing PayPal account or using any Credit/Debit card you will automatically come back to the MassiveMessage site to confirm your order. We have chosen PayPal as the system uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security.
I want to send a message to an address outside the United Kingdom?
We are really sorry but currently we can only send MassiveMessage to UK addresses. BUT you can have the message sent to your own address and forward the message on yourself.
What happens if my Message does not arrive or is damaged in the post?
We understand that things like this happen and we will be as disappointed as you that the Message did not arrive in the manner it was meant to. Should this happen to you please email me personally at pip@massivemessage.co.uk and I will "Unleash" our 200% Guarantee which is this simple:
1. If your message does not arrive within 36 hours of dispatch, we will refund the purchaser 100% of their payment.
2. We will email a 100% FREE discount code to either the purchaser OR the recipient to make amends.
