We have some legal bits to tell you but they are important, even if they are a bit boring, so you should read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering a Massive Message from our site. You may want to keep a copy for your records. That would be very efficient of you.
By ordering a Massive Message you agree to be bound by our terms. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Massive Messages from our site. That would be a shame for everyone.
Massive.Message.co.uk is a site operated by Massive Message Limited, that's us. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 7210000 and with our registered office and trading address is 90 Dulverton Road, West End, Leicester LE3 OSA.

Everyone! From anywhere! We can only send messages to addresses within the United Kingdom though.
4.1 We want you and the recipient to love your Massive Message. If you are not satisfied with our service or the Massive Message for any reason then tell us what happened and we'll refund your money. We are nice people.
4.2 If there is something wrong with your Massive Message such as postal damage or failure of delivery or a fault by us we'll refund the price paid for your Massive Message and will give you another Massive Message free by sending you a free voucher code.
4.3 We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
4.4 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your Massive Message.
There are a few stages to the order process:
6.1 After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Massive Message. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Massive Message has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
6.2 The Contract will relate only to those Massive Messages whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Massive Messages which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Massive Messages has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
7.1 By sending a message you confirm to us that it is not intended to cause harm or distress and does not contain expletives or anything lewd, rude or offensive.
7.2 You take responsibility and are liable for the content of your Massive Message however we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion to cancel orders which do not comply with the above term. We don't want to upset anyone.
8.1 If you place an order before 4.30 pm on a working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays in England) we will whizz off and get the Massive Message into the postal system the same day. If you miss this deadline we'll get it into the post the following day.
8.2 Your Massive Message will de sent by first class post. This usually means they will be delivered the next working day. We can't guarantee this though as we have to trust the Royal Mail to deliver it.
9.1 Stop the press! I've made a mistake! Don't worry, you may cancel your order at any time before you receive the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail. You'll have to be quick though as we're pretty fast at getting things done. E-mail us as soon as possible at help@massivemessage.co.uk
9.2 If you do cancel you before Dispatch Confirmation you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Massive Message(s) in accordance with our refunds policy set out in Clause 4 above.
9.3 Unfortunately after we've sent the Dispatch Confirmation we will have done our bit and sent the Massive Message. It's a personalised service so you will not be able to cancel the order. Sorry.
9.4 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We wouldn't dream of it.
10.1 The price of any Massive Messages will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
10.2 The prices include VAT and delivery by first class Royal Mail.
10.3 Delivery by first class royal mail is free. We can't offer you a free lunch but we can deliver your Massive Message for free.
10.4 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
10.5 It is always possible that there may be pricing errors on our site. It's not likely but it might happen. If the price is incorrect we may have to cancel your order (even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation) in which case we will notify you by e-mail.
10.6 Payment for all Massive Messages must be by PayPal or a recognised credit or debit card [TBC]. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we despatch your order.
11.1 Our liability for losses you may suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Massive Message(s). We cannot be liable for any other loss whether direct, special or indirect howsoever occurring.
11.2 This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
(a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
(c) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(d) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
12.1 We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies. We are not responsible for these and they are subject to other terms and conditions, not ours. We do Massive Messages. That's all.
13.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This means floods, postal strikes, wars, industrial action, loss of communications networks and that sort of thing. We hope it doesn't happen but it might. We'll do what we can though to work around it.
14.1 These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
14.2 If any of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.3 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time so please check them each time you order a Massive Message
14.4 Contracts for the purchase of Massive Messages and these terms will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
